Mars Hill, NC
Come join us on July 11 in the cool mountain air north of Asheville for the 4th Annual Hot Doggett 100. There are three fully supported rides. The 100 mile and 100 kilometer closed loop courses wind their way through some of the most scenic and lightly travelled roads in the southern mountains. These courses have 9,600 and 6,200 feet of climbing respectively. There are rest stops about every 18 to 25 miles along the way. The third course is a 10 – 20 mile closed loop course for those who are new to cycling or who prefer a less challenging day. The short course ride will be preceded by optional training in safety and road tactics. Rider amenities include T-shirts for participants, full post ride meal, showers, and prizes to be raffled. Proceeds are used to fund the charitable projects of the Rotary Club of Madison County. http://www.hotdoggett100.org
