Swim in the #1 Rated Aquatics Center in South Carolina!
5th Annual Powerade Tri The Rock Triathlon/Duathlon This is the 2nd race in the Upstate Y Triathlon Series. Prizes for all age groups and Clydesdales and Athenas from Inside Out Sports.
Flat and fast bike course, out and back.
Transistion area will open at 6am along with pools for warm up. Race day sign ups will be from 6 to 7am only.
The host hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn in Rock Hill. Mention Tri The Rock and recieve a room rate of $79.00 for the Friday before the race. The code for the special rate is may.
Early packet pick up will be at the Aquatics Center from 1 to 6pm on May 7th.
