Apr 17, 2010 - Gastonia, NC

Every Gaston County citizen, no matter the age, is encouraged to join the fun that will take place on Saturday, April 17, 2010, 8:00 AM in Downtown Gastonia at the Rotary Pavilion. There will be a competitive 5K run and and a non-competitive 2K walk.

The 5K will begin at 8:00AM and the 2K will begin at 8:30 AM. There will be food, healthy kids zone, great music, non-profit display booths and lots of awards!

Overall race winners, male and female, designate $1,000 for the non-profit of their choice.

There are additional prizes for first and second place in each age category - male and female.

Winners will be announced on Run Day after the race.
