Trail Running 101 is a fun program that helps to train you for a 10k or a half marathon while introducing you to some fun, new trails in Bend. Along the way we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs, and advice on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others.
