The Carolina Thread Trail will be hosting the first annual “Tread The Thread 5K” on Saturday, May 12th at 6pm. This twilight trail race and 1 mile fun run/walk will be held along a portion of The Thread at Anne Springs Close Greenway in Fort Mill, SC. Runners, walkers, and families alike are all welcome and encouraged to come out to support The Thread’s efforts to extend trails throughout our region! Plan to stick around for free beer, food and music after the race, thanks to our great sponsors!
PLEASE READ FOR IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING REGISTRATION: Due to the size of the trail and for safety reasons we will be capping the “Tread The Thread 5K & 1 Mile fun run/walk” at 200 people. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that you can join us next year! We would still love to see you on race day, so feel free to come on out and support by volunteering or simply cheering on the runners and enjoying good food and music.
