ORANGE COUNTY - GOTR of the Triangle Fall 2012 Program Registration

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
When filling out all the registration information, you MUST choose to register "A Minor" (1st Question during registration) and then enter the Personal Information for your daughter, not yourself. (i.e. her birthday, name, etc.)

AGE REQUIREMENT:
Your child must be at least 8 years old but no older than 12 at the time of program start (Sept 24th, 2012) in order to participate in GOTR programs.

PROGRAM FEE:
$200 (includes 5K race registration). No refunds after September 7th, 2012.

ONLINE REGISTRATION :
Starts: Monday, April 23rd at 6:00PM
Ends: Friday, Sept 7th at 6:00 PM

HEALTH INSURANCE
Please have your insurance and physician information ready. You will be asked to fill out a health form questionnaire during the online registration.

WAIT LISTS:
If the location you are interested in registering for is full, you must register online for the WAIT LIST and select the desired location. GOTR will contact you should a space become available.
