Take your training to the next level!
The Complete Runner is a 12 week program designed for runners who are serious about taking their training to the next level. Led by coach Tim Clark, core instructor Bobby Mack, and yoga instructor Laura Bonin, the program’s focus will be on improving the four major components of a complete runner’s skill set – speed, core strength, flexibility and endurance. There will be approximately 32 coach/instructor-led training sessions (24 training runs, 8 core/yoga classes)
The program includes the following sessions:
Wednesdays (6 PM) – focus on developing speed with interval, tempo and pace runs
Thursday (5:30 PM or 6:30 PM) – core or yoga class to build core strength and flexibility
Saturdays (7:30 AM) – focus on building endurance
