Full & Half Marathon Training Program for Runners and Run/Walkers of ALL levels! First group run is July 7th -- there's still time to sign up!

Is a half or full marathon on your bucket list? Or are you looking to improve your race time? Come join runners of a variety of levels -- run/walker to experienced runner -- train to achieve a shared goal.

Training Program Dates: July 7 - November 3, 2012 16 Week Program Includes:

· Training Schedule and Training Log

· Weekend Group Runs in Varied Locations throughout the Triangle

· Access to Training Advice from a Certified Distance Running Coach

· Running Workshops

· $25 Gift Certificate from New Balance

· Tech shirt

· Team discount at Raleigh-Durham New Balance Stores

For the Half Marathon distance, it is recommended that you are currently capable of running (or run/walking) 3 miles.

For the Full Marathon distance, it is recommended that you are currently capable of running (or run/walking) 10-12 miles.
