Friday, 08/10, 7-9 pm: Meet/greet at Fleet Feet, Weekend Review, Training Plan Review, Q/A Saturday, 08/11: 8 am meet at Open Eye in Carrboro, 8-9 short run, running drills (park in the public lot next to Open Eye) 9:30-11:30: Brief overview of bike safety, basic ride necessities (tube, levers, quickfill), ride to McDougle for bike skills/drills & transitions, short ride to the country...or if we have some women that are complete newbies we can do the loops on the bike paths in Carrboro that we usually do with our kids. 11:30-1:00: Load up bikes, Lunch at Weaver Street (lunch not included in camp fee), Head over to Homestead for the afternoon session 1:00-2:45: Brief bits on Race Day, Equipment needs, Nutrition 2:45-3:00: change for swim session 3:00-4:00: swim session - skills/drills, how to's for pool swim races 4:00-4:30: Q/A, clinic wrap up Fee: $100 (includes basic 6 week training plan) Minimum number of participants: 6 Maximum number of participants: 16 http://www.trianglemultisport.com
