The entry fee for the 5K is $20 ($25 after October 6, up to and including race day). The fees for 1-Mile Dog Walk are $15 and $20, respectively. |

Over 170 runners and walkers registered for the 5K last year with Scott Holden capturing the win in 20:02. Marissa Banks ran 21:09 in winning the women’s title and setting a new women’s course record. Shawn Sanson holds the men’s course record of 17:22 which he set in 2010. |

| 5K Awards: |
In the 5K, awards will be presented to the first three males overall, to the first three females overall, and to the first-place finisher in each of the following age groups (both sexes): 15-under, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, and 65-over. |
| Event includes a $10 Microchip Clinic for Dogs!!: |
Have your dog microchipped for only $10. The clinic will operate from 9am - Noon the day of the event. |
| The event benefits ...: |
Profits from the event will benefit the Franklin County Humane Society in their goal to rescue abandoned and homeless animals and find them forever homes, and to continue to offer low cost spay and neuter options to help control the pet overpopulation problem.
