We began as a group of running friends in the Charlotte, NC area. We've now been joined by runners from other parts of the state (see "Our Penguins" link above), and have branched out to other activities (see "Penguin Postings"). Some of us are slow, a few are fast, each enjoying life at our own pace. Like Penguins everywhere, we celebrate the joy of participation. The CAP's thank God for our physical abilities and for the friends with whom He has blessed us all.
