The 5K Fun Run/Walk will start immediately after the last 5K race participant.

Party with your friends to great music and fun.

A Great Cause:

The Pink Shamrock 5K benefits 1 in 9, a locally-based breast cancer charity.

1 in every 9 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer.

Fighting cancer can be tough - and costly - for families. 1 in 9 helps breast cancer patients with the costs associated with treatment including lost wages, childcare, travel, co-pays, wigs and mastectomy garments, etc.

1 in 9 also seeks to raise awareness of breast cancer and the importance of early detection.

Participants (runners, walkers, and Lazy Leprechauns) can raise funds for 1in9 and the fight against breast cancer.

Join a Team!:

Being on a team can make the Pink Shamrock 5K even more fun.

Teams compete for the "Hibernian Cup", earning points for adding team members (runners, walkers, or Lazy Leprechauns) and for fundraising.

Funds raised by members of a team count toward the team fundraising total.

Participant Shirts:

Mens' and Womens' specific tech shirts for runners (hot pink) and t-shirts for Lazy Leprechauns.

Register by Tuesday, September 20 to be guaranteed a shirt.

Disposable bib-chip timing and real time results are provided by Precision Race.

Awards will be based on Chip Time.

Awards will be provided for top 3 overall men and women and for top Age Group runners.
